Its register capital is RMB 720 million. The company is the national High-Tech enterprise, "double hundred million project" backbone enterprise and industrial circular economy pilot enterprise in Autonomous region.
The company based on local enrichment resources of limestone, coal, electricity, but the resources not fully transformed into economic advantageous industries. Guided by the scientific outlook on development, by science and technology innovation as the engine, for the purpose of developing advantageous industries, to build a resource-conserving and environment-friendly enterprise as the goal, in line with "high starting point, high standard construction, high-tech innovation, high energy conservation and environmental protection" principle, plan investing total of 16.5 billion to construct the local first "coal-electricity-calcium carbide-limestone-acetylene-vinyl acetate-polyvinyl alcohol-special fiber/VAE powder glue/biodegradable film" as one of the PVA circular economy industry base.
